Description

This is a useful program created to help doctors manage appointments, patients information as diagnostics, medications, examinations and allergies

You can list appointment schedule by selecting date and printing it. You will be able to list and print appointment history file.

You can type free-format notes for each patient in a data grid, keep track of arrival time and attendance status.

You can also query and print report of patient information, list patients with balance, statement of account and attendance status.

Program modules

Program includes following modules:

Patient File For storing patient general information. You can also add examination reminders, which pops up on the Patient Info screen.

Patient info

Contains following tabs:

Diagnostics For storing patient diagnostics.
Examinations Patient examinations are store using this screen.
Medications Save patient prescribed medications and treatments.
Allergies Keep a record of patient allergies.

Prescriptions User can input prescriptions for patient. After prescription is entered, you can print it, and it will be saved to the Medications table and with patient info.

Basic Accounts Keep patient charges and payments.

Appointments

This is the appointment manager. Using this screen you can add, delete or cancel patient appointment, check patient arrival, add comments. You can also view appointment scheduling for a whole week. In case that you want to locate a certain patient, you can use option Look patient to locate all appointment for this person and select date from a list.
